Hello, I have been applying like a mad man for a year now and I recently got few assessments for 3 different companies and was wondering how that works? What all do I need to know it just says I need to get it done by Monday.
Also what does the screening for these tests mean that I am going through the process of interviews?

Congratz! The OAs are the first round of screening (or second after resume I guess) and are generally fairly simple LC-ish questions.
IME they do not grade for 100% accuracy or correctness
