This is Norwegian currency so it might seem weird to U.S people, but I got offered a base salary of the equivilant of 60k and 40% of each project I take on paid monthly

#

So that means if I were to sit at the office and not work at all, I'll still be making 60k a year, and with the percentage it can get up to 80-100k, that's way higher than my current pay and I can live comfortably with my family

There are quite a bit lower than in USA

It seems that 80-100k is decent TC in Norway

I know it might be hard right now due to the recession but have you ever considered some of the big tech companies?
