You should have a language that you're very comfortable interviewing in -- you will often get a choice of what language to use. Beyond that, there's definitely value in being an expert in a language (in being able to understand and talk about the intricacies of it), but that can wait until your first jobs.

We dont have LC type interviews here so im kinda lucky.
I would approach the problem a different way: try different areas of programming ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Outline_of_software_engineering?wprov=sfla1 ) to figure out what you find interesting, and as you do you'll naturally spend more time with the appropriate tools for that area
I think even if you don't have LC type interviews, you will still be tested on the fluency of your coding ability somehow?
