I've had this idea for a while but haven't actually written it out anywhere. Basically making it so jobs pay based on difficulty & risk as opposed to cargo value & distance. As a example, taking logs from Forest Central to the Sawmill is a relatively difficult, due to the steep grades & tight turns involved, but it tends to not pay very much. Another one could be taking Trams from the Machine Factory to the Harbour, there are some relatively difficulty grades on the route but generally it's not that difficult & pays a lot. This is realistic of course, but from a game balance perspective I think it would make sense to get paid based on the difficulty of the order being taken & the potential for things to go wrong.

There's already a mod that does this but for time bonus duration, would be nice if it also affects the bonus value itself
