Those are not a problem for me, it's really the sound a baby's voice that triggers an angry reaction to those who have misophonia. Children in general are ok but babies really strike a nerve...

I'd start by looking at EnvironmentSoundSystem in Assembly-csharp.dll DV.Audio namespace.

Check what's in ambianceLoops, if you can identify the sounds programmatically (by name), you could possibly set the corresponding index in ambianceTargetVolumes to 0 to mute it.

The other place to look would be EnvironmentSoundZone in EnvironmentSoundDescriptor[] sounds, as it contains AudioClips which appear to have a name and a chanceWeight that might be able to be set to 0 to eliminate the sound.
