The London, Midland and Scottish Railway (LMS) Stanier Class 5 4-6-0, commonly known as the Black Five, is a class of 4-6-0 steam locomotives. It was introduced by William Stanier and built between 1934 and 1951, of which 842 were built and were numbered 4658-5499 (BR then renumbered 44658-45499). Several members of the class survived to the last day of steam on British Railways in 1968, and eighteen are preserved.

I like this idea
I'm curious which BR livery would people want ?
Because you've got quite a few options for black 5's
BR lined or unlined black
BR experimental Apple green with 3-4 difrent lining's tested (yes that was real)
44932's early preservation BR Brunswick green
You got 3 choices of crest
The simple transitional "british railways"
then the early and late crests
Then Weathering are we looking at a Pristine, decently kept, or end of stream
id say br lined black is easily the most iconic but any is good
Agreed, while I'm a sucker for BR transitional stuff the proper crests and some variation of black are probably the best bet
Though Brunswick green looks so nice on a Stanier
hey so i kinda made a BR black livery

Hell yes, one of the finest British Locos ever made, with 5 preserved! also, how about the "modern" unbuilt version of the Black 5/5MT, David Wardale's 5AT!
