A Heavy goods tank engine that is also a mallet type! Wheel arrangement of 0-8-8-0. Manufactured in 1914, and updated in 1923. It could manage a 2.5% slope with a tonnage of 470 tons. During the war they were briefly used as banking engines. these locomotives had wonderful traction and the mallet design made it so it was able to run smoothly on the mountain bends. 15 total locomotives were made. These are Standard gauge. If i had any ability to model these, I would do it myself but unfortunately I cannot.

I have one of them in H0 scale but i think they are a bit big for derail valley I would still love to see one
How so? If the 282 can clear tunnels why wouldn't this?
because my model (The one from Märklin) lets the boiler hang out to one side
sorry i meant the rear and its not that much as i thought
if theres someone who would do it I could give him a few photos for the details
people where working on articulated locos with overhauled but officially the game does not support couplers on the bogies (something the articulated section would technically be (they got around this by making the front part technically a different vehicle)
So you had to couple them?
Idk they never released
mark- Hyce played with it a bit for a video and I think the coupling mechcanics were the same as a tender to an engine sorta deal. So, more or less yes you did have to couple them
I wanna watch the video what is it called?
oooh jeeze lemme go dig it up
Ok I wasn't quite right it was a live stream

@raw pasture
it was also apparently a custom version of CCL as well, that. If I had to guess does not even exist anymore.
But you'd need to ask katy about that
I would absolutely love to see a class 96 in the game
same, its one of my favourite locomotives
recently got the märklin ho model as well
We Need it
same
I can't wait for CCL to be fully operational again to see German locomotives again. And also to see this loco if anyone does it
its only a matter of time before greg and katy have it all up and running again
I want a märklin ho model of this
I think its is a very neet loco, I always wanted a model of it
