Since there’s already some feelers out for the bigger brother I1sa, how about something a bit smaller, still a powerhouse, and this time is definitely turntable-safe. Unless numbers and research deceive me, it’s still billed as the strongest ten wheeler in America, a good little engine that would work splendid on the tighter curves without sacrificing too much speed on the more open areas.

Yes. Just about everything American fits the loading gauge in fact
At least, everything Eastern.

Pennsy stuff fits the loading gauge because eastern US roads had to fit a much tighter loading gauge than railroads out west. For example, DRGW 491, a narrow gauge locomotive, is 4 inches wider than 5741 here. And UP's Big Boys are a full foot wider.
