A Harriman Common Standard 4-4-2 "Atlantic" type locomotive that could be used for passenger service or light freight. Built for use on the Harriman Lines, used by the Union Pacific on the OSL (Oregon Short Line) and the OWR&N, and used by the Southern Pacific. Used with either a cylindrical Vanderbilt tender, or a normal box shaped tender.
