Kind of. I had an idea of my own regarding this. But when the ownership mod starts accepting CCL cars, you can just buy the Gmhs mail vans and use them in a fairly realistic way.

I don't mean I'm making a mail system. I meant I'm waiting for ownership to accept CCL for my idea.

and your idea is very good, but for it to go well with other mods like passengers, it needs to have a dedicated loading track to not interfere with coaches/freight.
