Come one! Come all! Let us venture forth and find** WHERE EVIL LIVES! **
Hello prospective players, my name is Cameron Baker and I'm looking for some new players for my 5th edition dungeons and dragons campaign!
The campaign is stringing together the lairs from the ever popular *Where Evil Lives *book to form a longer narrative.
The PCs are an up-and-coming adventuring group in the region of Beggar's Vale in my own setting of Vödhaven. They are trying to make a name for themselves as "brave adventurers," but have to settle for taking odd jobs while they're still lox level. We're having a lot of fun with the campaign so far. There's a lot of variety in the lairs and it keeps the campaign fresh!
During down time in between lairs, the party researches the next lair, and follows leads. At the same time, rival adventuring parties are also chasing the same leads and can attempt to complete the lairs first!
Currently I have three players and I'm looking to fill at least two more spots. We play over Fantasy Grounds (free for players) every Sunday night at 4pm ET. I also record the sessions in the hopes of putting edited versions on YouTube sometime next year. You don't need to have a webcam or anything, just a halfway decent microphone and an adventurous spirit!
Official MCDM classes are preferred! So far, the party consists of a Bladesinger Wizard, a Drakewarden Ranger, and a Hexblade Warlock. I'd love to see an Illrigger, Beastheart or Talent in the mix as well. The party is in desperate need of a frontline and a dedicated healer. But really, you can pick anything you'd like and I'll make it work. As long as the character is cool and gets you excited to play! In my campaign pitch I said "make your characters WEIRD" so think outside the box!
Whenever we figure out what your character is about I'll have some dope art drawn up for them and get you in the game!
I'm looking to bring in new players on the 7th of January, just after the holiday break.

What sort of platform do you use to play? When do you typically meet?

We've been using Fantasy Grounds, and we meet every Sunday at 4pm eastern.

I have a beastheart I want to run. Sundays work for me generally. I've never played on fantasy grounds but down to give the platform a go.

Mostly I love the idea of narratively combining the WEL dungeons. Best way to steal (😈) the idea is by joining as a player

@alpine mirage I’d be interested in this, but the game time is sadly is an hour and a half too early for me to make. Are you cool with a player who is an hour and a half late to sessions? If so, definetly have intrest.
