I am using I am using Programming - Principles and Practice 3rd edition to help me learn C++ and he uses import std
unfortunately it doesn't work in vscode? I changed the version of C++ to 23
At the end of the book there are andices. One of them teaches you how to download and use Visual Studio Community
I cant use visual studio community, my laptop cant handle that

modules often require extra setup
like Im using what I have so, I would have to save up money to get a new laptop
Ask you parents and tell them it's for programming or whatever. I'm sure they wouldn't mind.

why are you using vscode + mingw and not visual studio or clion
i just stated visual studio lags my computer
I can try and use it but it will make my laptop lag
I mean vscode is a full blown web browser, dunno how that will be any better
