#Nested classes

A while ago I was told to look at nested classes as if they were just two separate classes which make sense since they don’t automatically access specifics of the other class without being passed in. Now that I am thinking about it, if I have an inner and an outer class, would outer be able to inherit inner? It wouldn’t right, so technically it’s not exactly right too look at it as two separate classes?

Nested classes are typically used to not pollute the namespace and hide implementation details, they dont inherit in any order they are just access restricted classes in a sense
