Is this a greenfield project? Or are you working on an existing project writen in MFC? I can't come up with reasons to use MFC in 2025
Also, if you need professional help, does that mean you're paying? 
Out of curiosity, what would you recommend?
Not using C++ and using C# with something like MAUI
C++ UIs tend to be pretty rough in general. If you dont need it to be a native desktop application, I may even consider something like electron or actually being browser based
