Cant figure out why it wont work
isn't very informative... what exactly 'doesn't work'? in wht way 'it' 'doesn't work'?

I think im missing a 4 loop at 30 for the udfDisplayArray

as a side note - you never seem to seed your random generator

#

not to mention - you never initialized n. reading it is thus UB

plain cedar
#

n.reading?

gusty sun
#

n full stop. reading it...

#

n as the variable you so descriptively named n 🙂

#

oh - nvm. you did init it. i missed that line. sorry about that.
my first 2 points still stand

i was given this to start

#

my goal Generate alternative solutions: Design/Build/Test program to interactively show a menu.
a) Create a UDF to display an array of random numbers b) Define the size of the array (instead of n = 5).

udf?
and again - whats not working?

plain cedar
#

when i run it i get

gusty sun
#

well - define udfDisplayArray. i.e. actually write some implementation for said function

#

after you've done that - please refer to <#1211129126828777552 message>. without it - your 'random' numbers won't be so random in between runs
