Did you build the code?
Excuse pedanticism, but C isn't python. You cannot run the source code. Only the binary that results from its compilation (and linking).
If you are on windows, I recommend using visual studio over dev c++. That's just my opinion anyway.
I did and it worked on my friend device
Dev c++ is the one we use in college and the prof wants everyone to use it
i found the answer if someone is looking for it
just go to C:\Dev-Cpp\libexec\gcc\mingw32\3.4.2 , then deleting collect2
