gcc compiler permission denied | Together C & C++ | Page 1

I can't run a C++ hello program because of an error, which can be seen in the screenshot:

I have already tried todo chmod 777 on this folder: /home/yomacho/GCC-8.5.0
But unfortunately that didn't solve my issue. Can someone perhaps help me? Thanks in advance for your answer.

so linux filesystem persmissions correctly. this is almost nothing to do with C/C++ or coding. it's linux OS thing.
