I installed mysis for VS Code compiler which has mingw installation as well. But bin folder is empty

I would wholeheartedly recommend that you use visual studio instead of vscode

The executable File is present in ucrt64 folder for mingw . You can set path as (msys2 location)/ucrt64/bin/
