when i run my C file there are two things showing beside the terminal

so plz explain me what r these

and also why does this appear ?

Generally speaking using visual studio community is way easier for beginners

For Vs code you need to set up everything and generally speaking you should know what you're doing

It's running your program with a debugger most likely gdb
