Need help with setw() Spacing for simple program

I'm doing an assignment, and oddly enough, one of the requirements is that the alignment of outputs fail when the output is more than four numbers long. I have gotten everything else to work, except for this. Attached is the relevant part of code, the expected output and the actual output.
