New user struggling with nest

Ok, so I figured it out. Previous attempts stored a credential which I subsequently changed. Deleting this cred, I was prompted again and successfully linked.

Thanks. It turned out, that was the easiest part, or at least the part I knew how to do going in.

I had this #nest integration working for a long time.
Because I need to reconfigure every 7 days (project in production status) I started from scratch and followed the docs again (just to be sure I deleted the existing projects from Google cloud and Device Acces Console).
The last step "Link Google Account" also results in: Can't link to..."
