#enbrighten lightswitch dropped off of zha network

Here is a hastebin of my error message. https://hastebin.com/eqikiyatav.yaml
reconfiguring the device from the ui fails
Have you tried power cycling it?
The error message basically says that the device is unreachable
the only option to power cycle the switch is to flip the circuit breaker in the main panel. which i can do. but, is ridiculous.
i will try it though
this is the 2nd time in as many months this particular switch has done this to me. i actually wonder if its related to doing the core upgrade in each case
this is the only zigbee device ive had problems w/ tho
i clicked the up paddle 10 times to reset the device to factory defaults prior to trying to flip my breaker which would take out all of my internet and everything, we'll see if this will connect
i have a feeling i will have to flip the breaker again
ok a power cycle did the trick. unfortunately to power cycle i have to go to the main panel and shut off the whole circuit
HA updates don't really influence low-level network things like this. It's like a Firefox update breaking your WiFi.
Do you know the model number of the switch? There are some Zigbee chipsets + firmwares that experience occasional lockups but I've only really heard of IKEA bulbs (and a few other brands) with that issue
Enbrighten/Jasco/GE 43076
Looks like it uses a "5123A-MGM13P" Silicon Labs module so there is a small chance it has that firmware bug. If so, there's nothing you can really do about it except for update the firmware (if someone has intercepted an OTA file for it) or reboot them whenever this happens
interesting. i was curious if there was a way to force the firmware to update OTA
If you have the .ota file for it and enable zha: zigpy_config: ota: otau_directory (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zha/#ota-firmware-updates), it'll be used the next time the switch asks for an update
