I’m very new. Just setup HAOS on an old hp prodesk 400. After installing and connecting it to Ethernet I am unable to pull up the url / ip. Maybe I am missing a step? I use starlink if that helps

the devices are definitely on the same network?
not split by a VLAN or something?
are you including the port when trying to access?
can you ping the servers IP?

Definitely should be, only have one network nearby that we use. The Starlink modem does have a splitter so I’m able to attach an Ethernet cable. I’ve only tried the url listed on screen as well as the ip address. Trying to access it from my iphone
The starlink also shows as it’s connected via Ethernet and has the ip address there which matches

i assume thats the app and not the browser. have you checked the permissions. like it says?
also try using a browser? although that may need the permissions thing too.
generally people do the setup on a desktop/laptop instead of a mobile devices, is that an option?
