auto entities or card mod (maybe) can do this
with auto entities, you'd need to do the template filter
You can likely also use any card that allows templates in any child card, however those mostly use JS not jinja. So it may be out of your wheelhouse

Well I guess the later would work for this specific one as it's kinda just some math on a sensor value
