Hi. I am setting up Zigbee bulbs in parts of my house. They are Third Reality branded and use the Zigbee protocol. HA has a Zigbee USB dongle connected to it. My bedroom already has GE Cync bulbs (not officially HA supported and WiFi dependant) and I like the remote I have (pictured), but I want to replace the Cync bulbs with Third Reality ones. Is there something like this that can natively pair with my current Zigbee setup, particularly if it has at least three buttons? By natively I mean I really don't want to need to download another app to set it up if possible.

if ikea is available near you, they have some zigbee remotes available which can be paired directly with home assistant. In particular, check out STYRBAR which is a pretty nice 4 button remote, powered by rechargeable AAA batteries. (you can have short vs. long press on the buttons do different actions, too)
this remote can be set up using zigbee binding to directly control zigbee lights (with non-ikea lights you'll get on/off and brightness control only, i believe), or you can use home assistant automations to handle the button presses and perform whatever actions you like.
can confirm, the ikea styrbar just works and has plenty of options for exactly that
There is an IKEA opening somewhere not too far away from me pretty soon, hopefully they have these. Thanks!
I just saw Shelly's new products video. They now have 1-, 2- and 4-button remotes as well as a handheld remote with scrollwheel and several buttons.
I have a couple of these and they are really nice: https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Controller-Compatible-Assistant-Requires/dp/B0F1CJ6DHT

Does it work without a brand specific hub?
EDIT: it seems like this is the case
