Anything in the logs after you tried doing that?

median shell
#

The 'button' pull request got merged in frontend. It maybe that.

#

Let me just check quickly

Nothing in the logs when trying to download Diagnostics

median shell
#

It works for me just fine.

#

So, it must be something else

opaque latch
#

Would you like me to try something else?

If you're up to. You can enable Debug Connection in the developer Tools, then open the dev tools of your browser.

#

When clicking the download diagnostics, it will log something like:

#

Sending {type: 'auth/sign_path', path: '/api/diagnostics/config_entry/01K1929MN9N86K5WB9XNWQTWYJ'}

Received {path: '/api/diagnostics/config_entry/01K1929MN9N86K5WB9XN…DkyfQ.hQdpDj6V9txS16a8BPfc7kAX5VMmTg5VgycP4yogiB0'}

#

If you don't mind, you can check if you see something similar.

It's pretty well hidden to be honest

#

when in the developer tools, there's a 3 bullet button in the right upper corner

opaque latch
#

Ok, got it

median shell
#

That will bring you to the page where you can enable it.

#

I think it will not stick around, so when you refresh it will be disabled again

opaque latch
#

I see the request but not the received path

median shell
#

Do you receive anything at all?

Requested URL: '/api/diagnostics/config_entry/01JT76E06V45YGNXH91QK9NM7W/device/dc4eedd41c8f1291f69c35ae9bf236d2'.
#

I searched diagnostics

#

I can sens you the file

median shell
#

It's fine. You don't have to

opaque latch
#

Oh. Sorry sent it

No problem, I guess we need to wait for more reports.

#

It's definiately something backend-ish

#

Since we don't receive the signed path (so you can download the diagnostics)
