If i go to device info I can see the controls with this toggle, but I can't add it to my dashboard that way

so what I want is the toggle like in Controls, not the way I already have it in dashboard with the toggle on the bottom

I know I can make it with multiple-entity-row but maybe there is a different way?

look at the "Tile Card" can set an inline toggle switch.
maybe that is more what your looking for?

Guess I will just stick to this view and I can change brightness and color in tap menu 😄

I think what you want is just to make an Entities card, and add the light as an entity?

Or maybe I don't understand what is confusing you.
