Logout and remove device

Hi, I logged in my Home Assistant server using an iOS app but now I'd like to log out and delete all the entities exposed by this device to my home. How do I do that?

So what's the "delete server" option I see from the Companion App settings? Like I can log out or delete server, what's the difference?

you would want to do both.
deleting server from the app. removes the saved server login
deleting the device from the integration will remove the entities/sensors of the phone from the server itself

Okay. But there's also a logout button. I logged out and deleted all the entities. Is it the same thing?
