Would anyone know why my ha voice can’t do tts? I have the voice assistant volume maxed , piper addon installed. Tried with home assistant cloud. I’m running ChatGPT conversation agent but it worked when I had a vm and ollama.

I just bought a new device and the same thing happens. I go to debug of voice assistants, and says tts worked. But nothing comes out of the speaker. I am not using the aux port

can you test tts by going to media > text to speech > home assistant cloud and picking the media player from the bottom of the screen

do you hear sound when when holding the center button down for a few seconds? it should also turn red and then begin speaking. (release at that point to avoid reset)

It pauses music as if it says something with piper snd ha cloud from dev tools but no words. I also have speakers plugged into the aux port

what was it set as?

a restart of HA, yes

#

you do not have to take control...if you do you will not see the updates in HA, but it's up to you

what is 192.168.1.151? Don't you reach HA using 192.168.1.203:8123 ?

Assuming you can reach HA using http://192.168.1.203:8123 , this is what should be entered as the Internal URL

or set it to auto, and then restart HA. This should be the same result
