not overally. i used hass agent a bit for a couple of things but not notifications. i tried at one point and had troubles with it but that was ages ago tbh... i keep meaning to try out system bridge but havent got around to it.

System Bridge has always been buggy for me. Every time I used it, it was crap. I haven't tried HASS Agent either but just my 2 cents

you can add sensors from your windows device and they show up in HA instantly
and im remote as well, i am VPN'd in from 2500 miles away
then you can add your device with the integration as a media player
