CozyLife local Integration Messed up after Updating to 2025.5

Last Home Assistant update messed up all my cozylife entities 🤦‍♂️ ( i was using the Hass cozylife local pull https://github.com/cozylife/hass_cozylife_local_pull/ integration and it works GREAT!) I immediately rolled back to previous backup and fortunately got it back to work... i have no intention to use Samsung Smart Things to control my device from cloud using a workaround since i am controlling CozyLife perfectly and locally using the CozyLife local Integration. Any other with this issue or a better fix? 🙏

so looking at that repo this was reported to them HERE and there is a PR HERE that resolves it. its likely that because of the custom integration failing others tried to take its place.

looks like that if/when that update gets merged you will be able to update the integration then HA.

sounds cool, thanks for the superfast reply. I'll wait for the eventual update or i won't update HA to latest version i guess 🙂

you could also manually update the file with the changes from the PR i guess

i honestly think i would mess up even more if i do it manually

yeah looks like his master has the update so you can switch to that repo to install. just keep in mind that you should switch back later when update is merged

i think the last 2025.5 update won't improve nothing i really need. Better to wait for an official merge before updating. Thanks for being this helpful
