So comparing the 2 with the first being the touch panel and the second being my laptop, for some reason the TSW just has this blue tint where the fading is supposed to happen. Is this a crestron issue or can I solve it from HAs end?

To format your text as code, enter three backticks on the first line, press Enter for a new line, paste your code, press Enter again for another new line, and lastly three more backticks.
```yaml
example: here
```
Don't forget you can edit your post rather than repeatedly posting the same thing.

My screen is on EMS mode and I just pasted the ip link into it

chances are it just doesn't support the image format correctly

Maybe its default background color is blue for some reason?

#

because it's displaying the image it's just not fading out right

yeah its probably the fading/transparency or some thing that's just not supported correctly. are there firmware updates available for it? maybe stuff got fixed?

#

or you could try some different custom media player cards and see if something works better

it's running android 10 ill update it to android 12

yeah its probably some kind of custom browser that doesnt do things right. if its just android can you run custom apps on it instead of its "EMS mode"?

I'm unsure crestron really doesn't like people messing with their stuff
