Tailscale log in issue

Need help figuring out how to make tailscale work on my HA as when pressing the login button it comes up with failed to login (as seen in the screen picture attached)

have you looked at the tailscale addon logs?

I haven't, what would i be looking for in the log?

trying to find out what is making it fail

So I went to the Log and seen the line where it says 'To authenticate, visit:' and used it to authenticate and now working
