#Restore from backup broken

Please check the supervisor logs via ha supervisor logs through CLI/SSH or in the GUI's log section
is this during onboarding? i had this issue and my solution was to go through initial setup to get a blank system then upload the backup and restore it using the normal ui instead of the onboarding ui

Ah yes, I had the same issue and found a quite recent post on Reddit from the other day where a bunch of people posted about having the same issue

Are you sure it's possible to restore a backup from the UI? I couldn't find a way to do it myself or online

on the top right of the backup settings you you can select to upload a backup. you can then select it in your backup list to restore
