The war on shower soap scum (not HA related).

I hate cleaning the the soap scum off my shower stall. Many people recommend wiping the the shower down with a microfiber cloth after each shower. Do not do this. It is a false economy. It takes me up to a minute to do this after every shower. So at least 30 minutes a month.

It only takes me 5 minutes to clean the shower once a month with a well known brand here that you spray on and wipe off (no scrubbing) a few minutes later. And you can do the wiping off while you are in the shower - so bonus extra shower time.

But that is not what this is about. I changed to using a particular brand of liquid soap instead of solid bar soap. It was recommended on line as being "low soap scum". It has not quite been a month yet but I can already tell that I will not have to clean the shower this month. I wont mention the brand unless you specifically ask for it as I have not tested other brands of liquid soap and they all could do this as far as I know.

It's actually "Body Wash" not liquid soap. And from what I just read online, "Body washes also tend to be more hydrating and nourishing than shower gel". So I have heard your suggestion and rejected it. 🫠

Pink. Floral. Milky. Though I will admit to having one of those in my bathroom... the Aveeno baby bath stuff, for my baby.
