I seemed to have lost connection in the companion app to my HA via my Duck.dns address, but when I plug in the local address in the app and connected to my wifi, I can access HA locally...I checked my duck dns address and its still maintaining the correct IP so I am drawing blanks on why I cant access remotely. Any ideas are welcomed as I haven't changed any settings in the quite some time so its nothing that I changed and accidentally turned off access. Just drawing blanks at this point.

whats the error message?
click on settings go to troubleshooting then show and share logs and look for the error there
Ill take a look and report back. Will it be that obvious looking at the logs? I never took a look at these/didnt even know they existed. lol
maybe yes or no, not sure....the error in the pop-up is generic so only the logs will tell
