I'm trying to connect the iOS app to an home assistant installation while connected via the nabu casa cloud.

On the phone I get the attached message.

In home assistant I get the following messages (at the expected times)

2025-02-14 09:04:18.286 WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.http.ban] Login attempt or request with invalid authentication from localhost (127.0.0.1). In the app log I get the following
-# See Attached message

On a PC the installation is accessible and if I try to login at that user (in Edge), everything works normal.

I'm running Home Assistant 2025.2.0

Is the user you are trying to login able to login remotely or only locally?

If your user can login remotely then:
Please delete the app, reboot your phone and install it again

On PC he can login remotely. Only not in the app.

Ok so the user is configured to be able to login remotely. That’s good, please go ahead and perform my last instructions

I'll do (but not directly)

Well, I tried to remove the app. But iOS being iOS, I was unable to remove it's settings. The settings aren't stored on iCloud but somewhere else. However I don't have a clue how to remove the settings.
-# and before you ask: Yes I did try to login again. However this gave the same result as before

So you have a server configured already? Your previous screenshot looked like you were in onboarding

#

Anyway, manually remove this server, then you can delete, reboot and reinstall

There are servers configured already. And somehow they re-appear. But I removed the app..
So I don't know where those settings are stored.

They are stored in keychain, it doesnt clean up if you delete the app

||I have an Android, and I know how to remove the settings there||

But those servers are working fine right? So you dont need to remove those

Ok, so you can delete all servers that are not working or inactive, then proceed with what I asked before.

You can also try the URL in iOS Safari before trying in the App as well

I'll try Safari next. However that's probably on Monday
