Whats your internal URL?

#

is it https or http?

Internal ID is „-„ respectively the wifi SSID. only the external url is used (Home Assistant Cloud).

After an iPhone restart it works again, for a while

Can you send me a screenshot of your internal and external configuration? Feel free to cover the external URL of course

I have the same issue. But only when I’m not internal

If you try to access that internal URL in iOS Safari, does it loads?

@bold pagoda Ok and external Home Assistant Cloud URL does not work on those browsers then, right?

Same reported by android users in our house

Then your issue is unrelated to the apps, you have something wrong configured on your Home Assistant remote connection

#

If you login to Nabu casa portal, does you see the instance as connected?

All a bit strange but I was able to fix it. So when I connect to HA it shows connected to Nabu casa. When I check the portal is showed disconnected. To Fix, I disabled and re-enabled remote access. Strange...

Indeed. You can report what happened to the Home Assistant Cloud support, so they keep track of this issue in case it happens to more users
