I saw the same device on Amazon yesterday... do you have this device and if so how does it work?
I am in the market for the same, but that Philips one is pricey. They also don’t show its thickness. I’m leaning towards a cheap tablet like a Fire then use a Poe splitter like this:

tis much smaller than 10" but I guess you could set up a 3x2 array of them to get close to that!

maybe not the cheapest product on the market but its got android and PoE.
