I have some SONOFF TRVs that sometimes fail to send an update when their hvac_mode changes. Every five minutes I'd like Z2M (or HA to tell Z2M) to manually sync the device. The same thing as the screenshot.

tbh it's probably a sign the zigbee mesh is poor though, as I've never seen an issue with this

it's a size of 47, recently increased by 21 tuya devices
