I can see core logs but only after the fact and it says "core crashed"
I read that it's possible to watch logs ith journalctl -f -u home-assistant but that doesnt' do anything.

the only problem I can see is

ERROR (MainThread) [supervisor.homcassistant.core] Home Assistant has crashed! (MainThread)

And I can install without backup. only if I try to restore minimal backup it always crash

In that case it sounds like the backup is faulty.

But I would recommend to post that in #installation-archived .

Do you mean from the OS level (via HDMI and keyboard)?

In that case the log file is at /mnt/data/supervisor/homeassistant/home-assistant.log

appears that log is empty and nothing gets written into it
