multiprotocol support is disabled so why is Zigbee radio with multiprotocol firmware detected?
All zigbee devices are unavailable. I do not have that option below!

Try rebooting your Yellow. Does the repair go away?

I have, and there is no repair.

So the issue that you see is when ZHA can't talk to the radio and then tries talking to it via the multiprotocol firmware protocol. That succeeded, meaning your radio is 100% running multiprotocol firmware.

If you're flashing firmware yourself, did you uninstall the multiprotocol addon? That installs multiprotocol firmware when it starts up.

The add-on is uninstalled, but it still reports the error. I tried manually flashing same issue.
