can we see a fresh paste of logs? after that try removing preset-vaapi and run it just to see what happens

Literally for no reason at all I restarted the server and everything got up. by itself, without any changes. I can only guess that it could have been an error caused by the driver or hardware image decoding, but even the logs don't indicate anything about that.
