If so, go to integrations > esphome and add the device manually by ip/hostname

oh , I didn't add it in HA, when I did , it stopped blinking ... that wasn't in your video I suppose ?

That shouldn't have happened, so i gave you an alternative solution

The device should have been auto-discovered, but it wasn't so i suggested to add it manually

It could be some network-related mDNS restrictions, i don't know. The trouble seems to be your network

Sometimes it takes a while, or for some event, for HA to auto discover an ESPHone device. Yesterday I set up a satellite and it didn't immediately discover, so I added it manually. A while later HA finally discovered it 🤷

HA discovered the Onju , but as I was still between the video and esphome dashboard , I just didn't see it ... And as the behaviour of the PCB leds seemed different than in the video , I didn't want to go on before being sure everything was ok so far.

I changed the config to be softer on the eyes and the LEDs, that's why it's different. But i also fixed some bugs innthe process, so...
