#Googles and Apple border router actually

From where did you get that info? I'm not aware of any cred syncing between the 2 just yet
I have reproduced it a lot of times.
Basically by sharing a Apple device to Google Home on iOS.
The nest hub changes the thread dataset.
At least if nothing is using the thread network from the Google Nest hub. Im not sure what happens then.
And it has been confirmed behind the scenes to someone i work with that it is possible.
Somehow it has also been synced from Google to Apple at one point. I have no clue how that happens though.
I can imagine that my google home app actually set my thread credentials on my Iphone and made my apple TVs suddenly change the thread dataset.
But thats just a guess
Ah yes, the google home app on iOS can do that but do you also have a mix of homepods and google nest hubs ? I bet they wont form one network ? Interesting test though, I might try it out next weke
They actually do, but im not completely sure when they do and when they dont.
I had a period where the apple TV's and google nest hub always had the same thread dataset when i set them up on my phone. This suddenly stopped at one point though and the google nest hub made its own thred network again. But this nest hub changed its thread network to the same as the one my apple otbr after i shared an Matter eve plug from Apple Home to Google Home on my IPhone.
Another funny thing is that the thread network used by the devices right now is one i created with home assistant and used to commission device with on android.
