Cloudflare, and NGINX, and DuckDNS?

Was DuckDNS going directly to HA, or through NGINX?

Yes they were the addons which could be changing ip addresses I could think of. Any others, nabu casa I guess? Yes DuckDNS was using cloudfared. I also have Wireguard and AdGuard setup on hass

None of those change your IP

You need to look at the various ways your system could be accessed remotely - which it sounds like possibly Cloudflared, Nabu Casa, and DuckDNS?

Nabu Casa has no access logs

#

I don't think Cloudflared does

#

NGINX does, if you enabled them and you were using it
