You're going to have to get that sorted out first then, if you're unsure how, take it to the #zigbee-archived channel, but I would start with attempting to re-pair it to ZHA.

HA isn't seeing any output from the device, so NR won't be able to anything with it.

Do you have any other Zigbee input devices?

You should be seeing events, but I've never used ZHA. I used to use DeConz but switched to Zigbee2MQTT months ago
