Jup i'ts on a 2m extension cord

#

Ima paste my problem again

#

My problem here kind of got burried :)

So I'm having a problem with a couple smart bulbs by innr that sometimes just get "stuck" in a state and don't respond to any more inputs. They do show as online and the switch in the interface flicks back to the state its in when trying to change it. FYI have my conbee II on 2m cord and am using ZHA.
My solution so far has been cutting power to them via the shelly and they go back to working normal for a few hours

If it's a Conbee, it could just be a Conbee problem. Is it running the latest firmware?

I don't know how to check the version in HA, but without it you turn off your HA, take out the stick and use phoscon on your computer

#

You shouldn't risk losing anything, the configuration itself is in the files on HA

Download a ZHA network backup and it'll be in the JSON

Though not in hex, just convert it to hex from decimal with an online tool

I'm guessing that's good, but I've not checked the issue

I can downgrade my firmware right?

#

So I could just test run the newest firmware to see if that fixes/ changes anything and go back if its worse

could you let me know if upgrading to the laatest version broke anything or caused any changes for you?

I will update you if I should get any more problems with the new firmware

I feel like it stopped dropping of the network as much but still sometimes gets stuck (not responding but also not disconnected). I think I need to monitor the bulbs connection and responsiveness a bit more but it seems to be more stable after updating the conbees firmware. That said I also wasn't home over the weekend and I didn't use them, but found them working when I got back.

The images I posted above are the 6 days before and 6 days after the update to give a comparison. The lights are grouped and only turned on or off via that group, so they "should" match. They all listen to a shelly plus 1 (mqtt -> automation -> ZHA).
