#Plug pairing issue

Sorry I'm painfully new at this. I believe debug logging was already on (not that I remember turning it on) - is that the one that gets dumped in home-assistant.log? Just trying to work out a way of pulling that off as on the companion app when I attempt to download it it just brings up a browser page with 401 unauthorized...
I'm not too familiar with how to do this with the app (if it's possible at all). If you go to Settings > Devices & Services and find the ZHA integration, in the three dot dropdown, you should see "Enable debug logging"
Yeah the only option that's there is to disable it, not enable it, so presumably it's already logging.
Interesting. Well, once you try capturing a log with the device trying to join, disabling logging should cause a log file to download
Got it - when you say upload, do you mean cut and paste the text into here? Can't see any option to attach a file.
The log file is quite large so it would be easiest to upload it somewhere (e.g. https://dpaste.org/)
Do note that it will contain location info so if you don't want to post it in public, feel free to PM me
Well I tried to find the location info and remove it, but couldn't see anything obvious. For some reason I can't PM you though?
@young light (in case my reply disappears in amongst all the other messages since 😊)
Really appreciate you replying by the way.
What happens when you try?
It just says messages can't be sent to this user after I hit the send button
In that case, just upload the log somewhere (e.g. https://dpaste.org/)
