Nuked win11 and put proxmox on

I don't think I need fast cpu. And shipping from pk to au would be silly 🙂

Memory is more useful than cpu/clock speed.

Box runs about 3-4% running HA, pfsense, and a couple of minor dashboard/monitoring things.

I run proxmox and a few vm/container including my firewall/router
